       T. Y. Lin Taiwan was founded in 1971 by world renowned, Father of Pre-stressed Concrete, Prof. T. Y. Lin, in recognition of the needs of Taiwan engineering community for additional knowledge on the application of pre-stressed concrete in civil structures, after almost 20 years of establishing of T. Y. Lin International in San Francisco (U.S.A) in 1954. The company became an important T. Y. Lin International Group operation in Asia. The Group has been listed as one of the important consultant company in top 100 on Engineering News Record’s 2003 rankings (ENR, USA).
     T. Y. Lin Taiwan, with its cumulative engineering design experience gained through the participation in various major infrastructures and special projects for many years and with the technical cooperation and support from T. Y. Lin International, has grown steadily into multi-disciplinary consulting firm over the years, with increasing staff at each level. T. Y. Lin Taiwan has large number of employees with special professional skills and hands-on experience in Structural, Civil, Environmental and Rail Engineering and holding the degree of B. Sc and M. Sc. Under the stringent quality control program, T. Y. Lin Taiwan has been certified through ISO 9001 quality assurance program by RWTUV.  It is our policy to execute the quality control program and adapt state of art computer software and hardware to ensure and enhance the principle of our professional service in reaching efficiency, safety, economy, esthetic and practical.
