Tallest building the seismic area, tower consists of underground 5-story and above ground 85-story steel structure.  Structure designed for resisting seismic and typhoon special active tuned mass damper were applied (ATMD) to resist earthquake and improve building's dynamic behavior, in responding to wind vibration.
