A four-lane freeway with a design velocity of 100 K/H connects northern to provincial highway No. 9 and southern to the delta of Taimali river. The whole length of it is 22.9 Km which includes embankment 10.1Km, Viaduct 8.8Km, tunnel 4 Km and three sets of interchange. With the longest span of 150m, the viaducts cross over Li-cha River, Chi-ban River, Wen-lee River and cross the south circuit railway twice. All bridges crossed over rivers were designed through the newest earthquake isolation analysis. Besides, sightseeing parking lot and public art presence etc. are all displayed in this project.
