Kaohsiung New Town-Public Work System Planning And Detailed Design For Integrated Paradigmatic Townscape

This project base starts northern from the County-road 186, southward to the boundary of Kaohsiung County; westward to Site of Chiautou Urban Plan Area and eastward to High Speed Rail Project. The total area covers 2,161.37 hectares including Nantz of Kaohsiung City, and the administrative zones of township of Chiautou, Yanchau, Ganshan, Kaohsiung County. The scope of System Planning includes Transportation system; Grading and public road engineering; Drainage and storm drainage system; Potable water supply system; Sewage drainage and water treatment system, garbage collection and incineration plant; E&M system (power supply, telecommunication, public space, lighting, gas); Common utility duct system; Service Facilities (school, park, station..); Cost analysis and financial planning report, and the detailed design on all of the above systems to serve as a demonstrative mix use urban development project.
