- Assist in project tendering, bid analysis

- Ensure and promote "Three Level"¡¨
quality assurance program by organize quality assurance flow chart and
ensure process of quality assurance program
- Advise in processing of project's construction
during construction period, provide technical advise on engineering
dispute and interfacing problems.
- Assist in advising contractor to maintain
and carrying safety, sanitary, environmental protection and good neighboring
program
- Assist in engineering acceptance test
program, assessing progress for payment control and project transfer
program
- Assist to establish building and equipment
management and maintenance manual
- Assist client's training of operation
and maintenance personnel
- Establish project management data process
system
