Bridge Safety Inspection Program for Taipei
City

The program include safety
inspection and evaluation on Taipei Chen-Mei Bridge, Wan-Fu Bridge, Wan-Shou
Bridge, Chun-Chin Viaduct, Wai-Shaun-Shei Bridge, Ho-Ping West Road Bridge,
North Gate Bridge, She-Yuan Bridge, Dou-Nan Bridge, etc. The team
proposed emergency retrofit plan in accordance with the structural demand
to the client in preparing annual budget for implementing the retrofit works.
The team complete the report and submit retrofit plan on schedule
with high qualities and adapted by the client in setup budget for implementing
the retrofit plan in the fiscal year thus to ensure the safety of the bridges
and ensure the public safety and properties.
In addition, the team also
completed "Bridge inspection and information management system".
In summary, the system will be a simplified bridge management system
(BMS), the basic information processing are with consideration and operation
mode similar to ordinary engineers, information filing and accessing will
be simplified with graphical, user friendly interfacing form to make operation
easier and easy to learn and practice.
